  Standards Update

Now is a good time to review the compliance standards you are currently using to ensure they are the latest versions. Although many of the newly released updates have an overlap of several years with the old standards, that time is up for several of the safety standards that many of our clients are using.

Safety: EN 60204-1: 2006 Safety of machinery. Electrical equipment of machines. General requirements (replaces EN 60204-1: 1998/withdrawn)
EN 60825-1: 2007 Safety o laser products. Equipment classification and requirements (replaces EN 60825-1: 1994/withdrawn)

With the review of your standards for possible updates comes the need to evaluate your products for possible retesting to the new standards.  Contact our sister company, EUROCONSULT, for assistance.
